Ever wondered to do with all that leftover animal fat in your freezer? (Me neither, actually.) But on the off-chance that you're the sort of foodie who keeps a few pounds of duck, beef, and other animal fats in the freezer, here's some helpful recipes to turn that wasted adipose matter into delicious MEATONNAISE. Yes, mayonnasie made with delicious meat fat instead of vegetable oil! Makes me wish I had a food processor. :(
