A music meme from Cobb

Cobb posted a meme he ganked from Kali Tal, who writes:
Think of 25 albums, CDs, LPs (if you're over 30) that had such a profound effect on you they changed your life or the way you looked at it. They sucked you in and took you over for days, weeks, months, years. These are the albums that you can use to identify time, places, people, emotions. These are the albums that no matter what they were thought of musically shaped your world.

I don't know that there's very many albums that have had that kind of effect on me, but there are definitely songs and albums that serve as channel markers in my memory. For what it's worth, some albums and some songs. No credit for guessing which songs fit where. :S
