The way to victory

Does anyone else think Dell's missing out on the marketing opportunity of the decade by not licensing this for Stateside sale? I think they could lock in an entire generation of girls with this thing, and a shitload of their moms and older sisters to boot.

Ig that's the case, I demand a AD Police- or NERV-labeled laptop now, plz. XD

See my reply to chebutykin below about custom cases. There's no doubt in my mind that for the right amount of money you could get the Dell/HP/whatever logo on your laptop lid replaced by the AD Police or NERV logo. Personally, I'd prefer the Kerberos Corps, but there you are.

I personally cringe in horror at the triple threat posed by that case -- bling, pink, and Hello Kitty -- but I'd be thrilled if more stuff like that came to market.

I'm kind of tired of minimalist and businesslike being the only mode of design for our current computers. All hail Apple for making candy-colored laptops and iMacs for a while, but that went away.

There's companies that sell custom cases or paint jobs for them, but yeah, it would be cool if people could get their laptops & desktops in something other than beige or off-white. Happily for me, one of the other default colors is black, which suits me just fine.

Yikes! I'd better make sure Chris doesn't see that. He's big on "Hello Kitty", but has also been know to draw "Hello Satan" stuff as well, so I guess it all balances out, eh?

I'd bet he probably has a copy of this wonderful picture somewhere in his computer. :)

Snort! I'll have to check on that one.

Let me know. :)

Oh god, kill it with fire! Of course I'm not one to really talk. I'm sure some people would think I'm an idiot if they saw what I thought would be cool for a laptop. Still, that's damn blinding.

No point arguing with people about taste. Still, an occasional change from beige and black would be nice, wouldn't it?

That'd definitely get you some attention at BRA.
Whether it's the kind of attention you want, I couldn't say. ^___^

Funny thing... one of the folk at Blue Ridge Arsenal is doing custom paint jobs. The latest experiment? A pink-colored rifle for an 11 year old girl. Apparently she thinks it's the best thing ever. (And she goes shooting with it.)

I can't find the picture of Mike Williamson's little girl with the "Hello Kitty" M16 (pink hand guards, grip & stock), but there is this little number which can probably be bought off the shelf in Virginia.

After all this time, being on panels with feelthy pros has finally paid off!
I present for your edification Morrigan Williamson and her AR15:
Pink is so girly
Don't be afraid, she's only a girl
Milk and cookies first, then we take over the world The girl in that pic with the purple rifle is her sister Michaela.

Other pictures on that page of Morrigan, Michaela and their dad, but these were the most amusing.
