A rant for the Root

If I hadn't stayed up so late last night listening to Simply Butter and then the Worst Show In The History of Radio I wouldn't be so wiped out today, but then I wouldn't have found out about this utterly fucked up situation either. I guess I better hurry up and buy those Brothers Gee CDs while they'll still do the man some good. For those of you on my f-list who are metal people, you owe the man. Even if you never met him, he has done more to keep metal alive in the Twin Towns of Terror than any ten wastes of genetic material posing as program directors at KQ, 93X, Z-Rock or whatever limp, transient, pale imitations of real metal stations may have brought you a taste of mainstreamed ballad-era Metallica whle denying you your birthright of Metal Church, Impaler, Iced Earth, Strapping Young Lad, Three Inches of Blood, and other bands too hardcore to mention. So give, dammit. And get your butt over to Station 4 in St. Paul on December 9th so you can Root For Earl.

Not feeling all that energetic today, obviously, but there's stuff that needs doing. Like getting the laundry out of the truck, where I left it last night. I should probably process some of these registration forms while I'm at it, since I finally got around to updating and sending out the brainstorming session notes and panel list. Go me.
