Yeah, another quick hit because of course on my first day back I'm swamped with work and training my new backup person. Part of the work is leftover from her accidentally triggering final invoices on Friday which caused all kinds of fun. I am soooo glad I missed it.

Anyway, it came as absolutely no surprise to me that I gained weight over CVG weekend, since I shorted myself on sleep and didn't swim, do all kinds of running around, or lift lots of heavy things like I did last year. It did surprise me that I only picked up 0.2 pounds so I'm only up to 416. Go me. This week: more swimming, more veggies, and soup. More sleep, too, because when I am tired I get stupid and eat stuff I shouldn't be eating.
