Observing May Day

First, I put on my blue shirt.

Then, keeping in mind the Great American Boycott, I went to work, hit the Barnes & Noble (where I kicked the economy along for another $25 by buying Eric Flint & Virginia DeMarce's 1634:The Ram Rebellion) and then bought lunch. Include me out, illegales.

I also took the time to read through this remembrance of how the kind of socialism these people are always hollering about actually worked out.

Currently reading (aside from the new Flint/DeMarce novel): The Last Full Measure by Richard Moe, The Mystery of Olga Chekhova by Anthony Beevor, and Wings of Fire by Dale Brown.
