Well, it wasn't a complete waste of time and money.
Finished the current eleven-week cycle of Weight Watchers at 405, up 0.8 pounds from last week (not enough exercise and poor impulse control - what else is new?) but a net loss of 6.2 pounds since the start of this most recent run-in with the FlexPoints plan. I'll get $50 of it back, since Wells reimburses up to $150 a year of WW dues at the rate of $50 a session, and I signed on for another ten weeks. Need to be more consistent about journaling and walking around, to say nothing of doing other exercises to reduce the hugeness of my equator.
Managed to finish my apazine after work (albeit without comments) and drop it off at Jeanne & John's. Won't make the collation on account of the AD Volunteer Party, but that's the way it goes.
