Normally the work flow here at the Evil Banking Neighbor is pretty minimal, but there are a couple of days a month when I'm actually pretty busy doing stuff. Once in a great while, I get a ton of work dumped on me, which is stressful but also a good thing, since it keeps me busy and therefore out of trouble, since I don't have time to sit around reading Instapundit and Megatokyo and other stuff I'm not supposed to do with my workstation and its connection to the Internet.

This is one of those days. I need to reconcile the balancing spreadsheet with the system extract that actually posts to the general ledger, close a bunch of AU on my system, check a bunch of others to make sure they're brand-new (and will be automatically opened by the system) as opposed to recycled old ones (which I'll have to open manually) , generate a new product cross-reference list, complete the process of opening several dozen new companies on the system...yeah, it's going to be a busy, busy day. So you'll have to wait until this evening to find out what I thought of Watch on the Rhine.
