Slate beclowns itself again

Or should I say as usual? This ignoramus seems to be completely unaware that Babe Ruth and other major leaguers of the 20s, 30s, and 40s faced Negro League players all the time in the off-season: it was called BARNSTORMING, and in fact Babe Ruth was famous for it. Also, Start-O-Matic was beaten like the family mule in coming up with Negro League stats. Imagine Sports did it two years ago for their Diamond Mind Online baseball game, which gives me hope that they'll have these players ready for the home Diamond Mind PC game soon. Of course, there's nothing to stop anyone from using the Diamond Mind game's player creation software to do the same thing, but some of us are lazy. :)
