It's ALL a sign of the End Times! (Part 286)

Of all the columnists loose in the nation's newspapers, Peggy Noonan would have been the last one I would have figured to write an essay on how America is in big trouble as a society.

The thing that worries me is that she tends to be right about the big things like this.

EDIT: On the other hand, John Derbyshire at NRO was there first, so I dunno...but there are a number of things popping up lately in the nes and the culture that really bother me when you lump them together, as Noonan has.

Well, this is fucked up.

1.For some reason (I'm thinking it's related to the Nielsen MediaMetrix tracking softwareI agreed to) Firefox forgot who I was and wiped all my bookmarks. Dammit.

2. Dude who's giving me a copy of the old (SPI) rules for Frederick The Great is hosting gaming at his place tonight. That's the good news. The bad news? The Kia's running on fumes until payday, and I don't fancy walking home from the other end of 494, so I'm not going.

3. Eh, there is no #3. I could get a jump on the data entry, but I think I'd be better off just going to bed early, or maybe watching the copy of 12 Monkeys that tatsmaru loaned me. Pleasant nightmares, eh?
