Well, despite taking phoenixalpha out for her graduation dinner at the rez on Saturday, I managed to drop a little over 4.5 pounds last week. The program works when you work the program. *nodsnods* What worked this week that didn't work in previous weeks? Better journaling, better discipline when I wasn't journaling, and an oots more exercise than last week.
I also notice that my blood sugar has been better this week, which is not always an indicator of impending weight loss, but sticking to the program also helps keep the numbers down, and low numbers are what we're looking for here, just as much as shedding pounds.
