Inappropriate for younger audiences

It's not too often that you find Michelle Malkin and Howard Stern on the same side of an issue, but they're both wrapped around the axle about Rainbow Party, or more correctly about the double standard that allows the publisher's reps to babble about the book on "Oprah" in explicit language, the very kind of stuff that got Stern fined and forced off broadcast radio. The whole wretched story is here at Michelle's blog, including links to a USA Today story.

Now, I know this sort of stuff goes on, but shouldn't we be drawing the line somewhere? As Michelle says, "If 'proper socialization' means teaching 14-year-olds about group oral sex, we can only pray that more parents choose to raise social misfits."
