Dawn patrol

This morning I got up a little after 0500, which was easier than I thought it would be given that I didn't get to bed until almost 2300 the previous night. Perhaps leaving KSJN on all night for soothing classical music in the background helped me sleep better...it certainly helped me fall asleep quicker, with none of the tossing & turning I put up with Monday night. Good Lord, I had to read three chapters of Jacque Barzun's From Dawn to Decadence to numb my brain enough to sleep that night, and that's just scary.

Ate breakfast, showered, dressed, and headed out to catch the early 589C at the corner. Unlike the late 589C which I rode once back in December, this bus was pretty full, so at least one of those runs is paying its way. Got in to work a little after 0700 and set to work on the month-end balancing, which is now complete save for a small matter of reallocating expense from some companies we closed last month but which are still open on the general ledger...ah, never mind. Nobody wants to know the insanely boring details of this, I'm sure.

Progress continues on the program book, filling the programming schedule, and dealing with other matters as they arise. I'll whack on some of those things after getting home from class tonight.
